Liquidators recover $23.8m from Mainzeal directors
Bankruptcy proceedings initiated against Mainzeal boss Richard Yan after settlements with three directors, including Dame Jenny Shipley.
Richard Yan and Dame Jenny Shipley were among four directors sued for breaching their duties at Mainzeal.
Liquidators of failed construction company Mainzeal have received $23.8 million from settlements of litigation against three of its former directors.
Mainzeal collapsed in 2013 with liquidators admitting creditor claims of $111.4m.
