Liquidators of a Queen’s Service Medal recipient’s trustee company have received the court’s blessing to appoint themselves as receivers of his trust to realise its assets and repay creditors.
First Trust Ltd (FTL), directed by Davinder Singh Rahal, was placed into liquidation in August 2024
