Little joy for Fonterra, green lobby in DIRA review
Co-op’s governing legislation remains largely unchanged after a year-long consultation.
The government has rejected calls from both Fonterra and environmental lobby groups to abolish the dairy co-op’s obligation to accept milk supplies from all comers in favour of minor tweaks to its controlling legislation.
