UPDATE: The High Court hearing to consider approval of the Metlifecare scheme of arrangement has been delayed by five days, to give the Takeovers Panel more time to form an opinion.
The High Court at Auckland hearing was set down for tomorrow morning, but this has been pushed out to October 20
