Michael Hill’s ‘The Beast’ sold, as boat exports close in on $1b
The tide has come back in for the country’s growing flotilla of yachts and recreational vessels, while former jeweller Michael Hills’ $25m superyacht has been snapped up.

The 39.2-metre locally built 'expedition' catamaran – designed by Auckland's LOMOcean and built in 2019 by boat-builder Profab Central Engineering for the former jeweller – had been placed on the market with Ikonic Yachts
