Nestlé’s nutritional food subsidiary has agreed to buy The Better Health Company, the New Zealand-registered owner of Egmont Honey, supplement brand GO Healthy and supplement producer New Zealand Health Manufacturing.
The deal announced this morning will – subject to Overseas Investment Office
