UPDATE: Shareholders of NZ Refining have voted overwhelmingly in support of ending 60 years of refining crude and shifting to an import-only terminal.
Results posted to the NZX showed 98.7% of more than 225 million votes fell in the proposal’s favour, with just over 1.9 million votes cast
