NZ Rural Land Co closes out IPO at $75m
NZX-listed Allied Farmers has confirmed it is acquiring half of the new company's management contract.

New Zealand Rural Land Company has closed its IPO after hitting its minimum raise target of $75 million, with NZX trading commencing December 21.
The new company, headed by independent chair Rob Campbell, aims to use the capital to buy dairy farmland for lease to experienced tenants.
