Repeat offender fined over scaffolding health and safety breaches

Auckland scaffolding company Dong Xing Group has been fined $180,000 for failing to provide its workers with a safe working environment, after previously having multiple safety law breaches.
The maximum fine under the act was $1.5 million.
The company was sentenced in the North Shore
