A mortgagee auction of the Serepisos family’s Wellington home was called off at 11am today, an hour before it was set to kick off.
NBR understands Terry Serepisos has agreed to pay the mortgagee $1.2 million and supply a 10% deposit for the home at 91 Nevay Road in Miramar, currently housing
