Capital Letter: 'Planet Key' song not an election ad

Electoral Commission advised pre-election that publication of song and music vid risked fines up to $100k.

Before last year’s election the Electoral Commission gave an advisory opinion that a song, titled Planet Key, and an accompanying music video were “election advertisements” or “election programmes” and could not be published without the risk of incurring fines up to $100,000.
