The Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority (Cera) has confirmed a recent NBR ONLINE story about the Crown’s purchase of properties in the city’s proposed retail precinct.
About two weeks ago Cera’s Christchurch Central Development Unit announced the Crown had acquired 96 Oxford Terrace from GSTR
