Cheesecake franchisor fights back
Chinese immigrant had invested almost $1 million in two franchises, court hears.

UPDATED: Australian-headquartered dessert company The Cheesecake Shop is accusing the owner of two of its Auckland shops of fraud.
The allegations were made after a franchisee, Auckland-based Kernel Holdings, took legal action against the Australian franchisor.
