Christchurch council working with homeowners over foundations

The council is looking at all buildings consents granted in the areas since 2011.

Christchurch City Council is working with the owners of five New Brighton homes where foundation levels may be affected by flood modelling.

The foundation issue was raised by a community group called Empowered Christchurch, which has fears about loss of equity in the affected homes.
