Clemenger Group spent $1.9 million on fully acquiring its subsidiaries Touchcast and Raydar over the past 18 months, the advertising company revealed this week.
According to the Omnicom-owned group’s most recent financial statements, it has gradually upped its stake in digital agency Touchcast
