Whineray to leave NZ Super

Chief executive to depart by end of the year after 15 years.

Long-time NZ Superannuation Fund executive Matt Whineray has quit after 15 years at the manager.

The CEO has agreed to remain on until Christmas this year while the board commences a search for his replacement. Whineray will then take some time out before considering what he does next.
