Computershare says it has Chinese walls in place between the company registry services it provides to Abano Healthcare and another of its subsidiaries, Georgeson, which is lobbying Abano shareholders on behalf of hostile bidder Healthcare Partners.
Healthcare is offering $9.84 per share to take
