Cornwall Park appealing ground rent decision

Owners of leasehold homes in Auckland’s leafy suburb of Greenlane have a longer wait for clarity over ground rents.

The Cornwall Park Trust board is appealing part of a court decision that said it couldn’t charge back rents after an owner abandoned her home.
