Council stopped from selling $10m Takapuna car park

The 250-space car park was approved for disposal nearly two years ago.

The High Court has stopped Auckland Council from selling the Anzac St car park in Takapuna while the judicial review stoush between legal strategist Miriam Clements and the council over the sale is fought out.
