Court orders termination of Perpetual's mortgage fund

Court orders have been given to terminate the mortgage fund of Perpetual Trust, the wealth management unit of Pyne Gould Corporation.

The order was made by Justice Paul Heath at Auckland High Court yesterday in a move that should make the proposed wind-up less cumbersome and more equitable
