Crafar bidder's alleged Chinese underworld links probed

The Overseas Investment Office probed historic connections between Shanghai Pengxin Group and an alleged Chinese gangland boss and found no wrongdoing on behalf of the Crafar farm bidder.

The OIO today released a censored public version of its recommendation granting consent for Pengxin
