Crafar farm judicial review application hearing later this week

An application for a judicial review of the sale of the Crafar farms to Chinese company Shanghai Pengxin is likely to be held this Friday.

David Cooper, lawyer for the Sir Michael Fay-fronted consortium that has opposed that bid to buy the farms, told NBR that Friday had been tentatively set
