Colin Bevan and other co-founders of PartsTrader Markets will bank $73.45 million for the sale of the company to US company Enlyte.
The auto claims company and subsidiary of Mitchell Topco agreed to pay $650m for the Wellington-based company in December, according to an Overseas Investment Office
