Cornwall Park Trust Board told to stop the suffering of leaseholders and get around the mediation table.
Former Fletcher Building chief executive Terry McFadgen wants a mediator appointed to help settle the Cornwall Park Trust Board’s long-running dispute with leaseholders over a new lease and freeholding.
He says it is horrible seeing neighbours being forced to sell their homes at depressed values.
