Donna Hall wins right to appeal disciplinary finding

UPDATED / 6.20PM yesterday: Wellington lawyer Donna Hall has won the right to have her appeal against a conflict of interest finding heard in the High Court.

A bid by the Wellington Standards Committee to strike out Ms Hall’s notice of appeal was late today dismissed by Justice David Collins
