Drunk-driving cabbie has to pay back value of written-off car

A taxi driver has to pay her company the value of a car she wrote off in a prang while she was drunk.

The Employment Relations Authority found Maya Artho breached her employment agreement with Whangarei company Phoenix Cabs by driving their vehicle while intoxicated.
