The Reserve Bank of Australia has hiked its cash rate target by a further 50 basis points, as widely expected, to 2.35%, in a repeated attempt to knock inflation off its perch.
In a statement released this afternoon by Governor Philip Lowe, the central bank remained committed to returning inflation
