Bidding on Eden Park's goal posts has now topped $13,000.
The two sets of steel posts, weighing a total of 1.4 tonnes, were put on Trade Me on September 21.
The auction closes this Sunday, October 3, with the Eden Park Trust donating all to the Christchurch Earthquake Relief Fund.
With the bidding action starting to heat up, so are the questions.
Will I need a permit to but them in my backyard, asks one Trade Me member?]
Yes, councils in some areas would require a permit, the trust responds (each post is 18m high).
The winning bidder will own a piece of history, as well as a stonkingly large garden ornament. The goalposts featured in the drama of the 1981 Springbok tour; the All Blacks 1987 World Cup victory and hundreds of games since.
If you look carefully, you may even see a dent caused by David Kirk's head.
Listen to Grant Fox reminisce about the goalposts on Radio NZ here.
The winning bidder must be able to supply their own HIAB (that is, crane-equipped) truck.
