Employment watchdog has better news for bosses

Employment watchdog decisions increasingly favour employers but workers still win more cases.

Bosses won 46% of all personal grievance cases before the Employment Relations Authority last year, compared to 41% the year earlier.

The improvement means decisions by the 14-member authority
