Vector faces another ComCom barrage, on ‘misuse’ of power
Simmering discontent by infill developers with the country’s largest lines operator will now be looked at by the competition regulator.

The Commerce Commission say it's assessing complaints from developers alleging anti-competitive conduct by lines company Vector.
The developers are claiming misuse of power in breach of section 36 of the Commerce Act, on the back of what they say are significantly inflated pricing backed by a "fear"
