Changes to tax dispute rules contained in a new bill before Parliament will tilt the playing field further in Inland Revenue’s favour.
The changes are contained in the Taxation (Tax Administration and Remedial Matters) Bill, introduced to Parliament this week by Revenue Minister Peter Dunne.
