Foreigners buying Fonterra 'units' inevitable under TAF, says analyst

If Fonterra's trading among farmers (TAF) scheme is passed, non-farmers will for the first time be able to buy limited non-voting "units" in New Zealand's largest company.
Fonterra says the scheme will not raise capital for the company itself, but will give the co-operative permanent capital
