Former Cavalier boss collects big termination payment

Struggling carpet maker Cavalier Corporation [NZX:CAV] paid former chief executive Colin McKenzie nearly $1.4 million in salary, termination payments and other benefits in the year to June, the company’s annual report shows.

Mr McKenzie, who was also Cavalier’s managing director, resigned in May
