Former Russian billionaire Sergei Pugachev’s handling of New Zealand trusts has been questioned in an English court as the man dubbed “Putin’s banker” is sentenced to two years in prison.
Formerly a close ally of Vladimir Putin, Sergei Pugachev co-founded Mezhprombank, which collapsed with $US2.2
