Frank Pearson has resigned from the board of Salvus Strategic Investments Ltd for health reason.

Frank Pearson has resigned from the board of Salvus Strategic Investments Ltd for health reason.

The company's board thanked him for his contribution and wished him well.

He was an independent director.

Mr Pearson was an investment analyst in London before emigrating to New Zealand in the 1970s. He spent 15 years in investment management for three local institutions before setting up Pearson Investment Advisory. He was chairman of the Bank of New Zealand in 1989.
