Fronde Systems Group - a local agent for Amazon's EC2 cloud computing service and Google's commercial products, among other brands - is back in the black.
For its 2011 year, the company made $0.8 million after tax.
Last year, it lost $1.8 million.
Revenue increased 37% from $24.8 million to $34.2 million.
The company finished the year with $1 million cash.
A fully imputed dividend of 4 cents per share will be paid on th June 30, 2011 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on June 1, 2011.
Fronde shares are traded on Unlisted.
The Wellington based company says it has increased its business across Australia and New Zealand. One new client is Localist, the NZ Post subsidiary that is launching a directory service to take on Yellow in Auckland ("improving performance" at Fronde's Auckkland office was cited as one reason for the company's turnaround; another was annuity revenue from Google Enterprise products).
Localist is using Google Search Appliances, Google Apps, Salesforce.com, Amazon EC2 and other services represented locally by Fronde. NZ Post itself was an early Google Apps client.
Other customers include the Ministry of Education and MAF.
Fronde has 200 staff in Wellington, Auckland, Sydney and Canberra.
Major shareholders include chief executive Ian Clarke and ANZ National Bank.
