Z Energy plans to participate "positively" to the Commerce Commission’s inquiry into New Zealand’s fuel sector, as petrol prices reach new highs.

The fuel company’s chairman Peter Griffiths told shareholders at the annual meeting in Wellington the sector continues to get more crowded.
