Government funds win injunction in Caymans
Court blocks related party deals by private equity fund.

State-owned investors ACC and Crown Asset Management have won an injunction in the Cayman Islands blocking related party transactions by a private equity fund run by NBR Rich Lister George Kerr .
In a judgment dated February 9, Justice Nigel Clifford of the Caymans Grand Court granted an injunction
