It is time for the government to get out of the Kim Dotcom extradition proceedings, Labour justice spokesman Charles Chauvel says.

A lawyer, Mr Chauvel told NBR ONLINE tonight the Crown Law Office should spare itself any further embarrassment and back away from the Dotcom extradition process
