Graeme Hart has proved Queenstown’s high-end property is not just reserved for wealthy foreigners with the Kiwi packaging tycoon splashing out about $24 million for holiday home at the exclusive Closeburn Station.
Local newspaper Mountain Scene is reporting the purchase price as the resort
