Handley venture Magpie cancels Kickstarter pledge, offers refunds

Brothers Derek and Calum Handley’s start-up Magpie announced a change of strategy just before Christmas, cancelling its pledge and offering refunds to almost 6,000 backers on Kickstarter.

The company planned to produce 4cm trackers which use GPS to locate lost things such as keys, bikes, dogs
