Heartland sets share purchase plan price
Financial services group Heartland New Zealand has set the price for its $35 million share purchase plan at 52.2c a share.
Financial services group Heartland New Zealand has set the price for its $35 million share purchase plan at 52.2c a share.
The issue price represents a discount of 5% to the average end of day market price of Heartland shares over the five day trading period from August 19 to August 25.
Existing shareholders may buy up to $15,000 of the new shares each.Heartland shares to be issued under the SPP are expected to be issued on August 31 2011.
