Information Leadership is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Dunn to the newly created role of Business Development Director. This role is designed to create a single point of contact for new and existing customers to discuss new projects and gain a better understanding of Information Leadership’s services.

Steve brings a broad range of skills and experience to Information Leadership. He was formally country manager of LexisNexis New Zealand, where he led the transition from print to online services for legal and regulatory information. More recently Steve was part of a global project at KPMG to implement SharePoint as a platform for each of its 150 country websites.

Steve initially performed a content strategy role in the project, however his interest in the technical capabilities of SharePoint led him into the technical project team, where he co-designed much of the functionality of the platform and personally led more than 100 KPMG country units through the migration to SharePoint.

With a background in online publishing and a wealth of experience in leading technology projects, Steve’s knowledge spans Information Leadership's key services of SharePoint implementations and upgrades, as well as information management.

Having led large teams in various senior management roles and been responsible for a number of large technology projects, Steve brings a client-side understanding of the requirements for successful projects.

Consequently he is keen to be seen as a customer champion at Information Leadership, ensuring all projects deliver on client needs. Based in Christchurch, Steve will work across Information Leadership’s Christchurch, Wellington and Auckland offices.
