Arvida takes insurers to court over flood claim

Retirement village operator says it has been cashflow neutral since November through higher sales and lower development activity.

Retirement village operator Arvida has announced legal action with its insurers over a business interruption claim from flooding at one of its Auckland properties in January 2023.

In an update posted to the NZX, Arvida said it was filing court proceedings against QBE and IAG.
