Comvita acquires HoneyWorld in Singapore

Listed honey company Comvita disclosed to the market this morning it had acquired Singapore's largest mānuka honey retailer, HoneyWorld, and its consumer brands, in a debt funded transaction valuing HoneyWorld at SG$8.5 million ($10.36m).
