Christchurch-based Cookie Time has bought Rangatira-owned Mrs Higgins as a strategic play to grow both businesses and have a logistical edge.
It was announced this week that Cookie Time had bought the fellow cookie company for an undisclosed sum. The transaction was completed on Monday.
