Eroad completes raise with 20m shares going to sub-underwriters

The $50m capital raising was underwritten by Goldman Sachs and Cannacord Genuity.

Eroad has completed its capital raise.

Eroad has completed the retail shortfall bookbuild component of its 1 for 2.06 accelerated pro-rata renounceable entitlement offer, with 20.3 million new shares not taken up going to sub-underwriters of the offer at the issue price of 70 cents per share.

The offer was underwritten by Goldman Sachs
