Infratil chair Mark Tume to retire at end of month
Tume will be replaced by Alison Gerry.
Infratil chair Mark Tume will step down at the end of the month after nine years in the role and will be replaced by existing director Alison Gerry.
In an announcement to the NZX this afternoon, Infratil said Tume would remain on the board as a director until the end of 2022.
