Kiwi Property Group saw net profits dip by 11.6% to $50.5 million for the 12 months to March, as its property portfolio shed 1.3% by value to $3 billion.

The retail property landlord hived off The Plaza in Palmerston North for $118.9m in December, and also agreed to the $205m sale of its ASB North
