Laybuy seeks delisting from ASX

New Zealand-based buy-now, pay-later company went into a trading halt on Monday.

Laybuy stock has been trading at a fraction of its price on listing in September 2020.

New Zealand-based buy-now, pay-later company Laybuy has placed its shares in trading halt on the ASX as it seeks to delist its shares.

The company said the halt would remain in place until the start of trading on Wednesday, or when a further announcement was released, whichever came first.
